About Me

A practitioner for a decade, and a teacher since 2014, I have nurtured a passion at the intersection of movement and meditation.

The search for health and wellness on an emotional, spiritual and physical level, is a universal one. I look to tune in to each person’s individual balance, guiding student’s through a personal journey of inquiry.

Using intelligent movements, focusing on the strength of alignment, along with creative sequencing, I build group classes and private lessons that will help each student to find their own strength, stability, and connection to something greater within.

I have completed 500+ hours of training, which has included Hatha, Vinyasa , Yin, and meditation, with teachers from a range of backgrounds, including Annie Carpenter, Erinn Lewis and Lauran Janes. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Baylor University.

Originally from Austin, Texas, I currently live in Berkeley, California.

“I wanted to make sure you know what a positive impact you’ve made in my life and countless others.”

“When I first started coming to your class, I came to try out yoga and get a good workout but i can say with gratitude I was given so much more.”

“Thank you for making a wonderful difference in my life!.”

with much gratitude, I’m thankful and humbled for the impact I’ve had in the lives of students.
